Born and currently residing in Southern California, Dr. Klim-Lemann graduated La Sierra Campus, Loma Linda University in 1981 with a B.S. in Medical Illustrating. She continued on to graduate with a D.D.S. from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1984 and practices general dentistry part-time in San Bernardino County, CA. In 1995 she trained in forensic dentistry at University of Texas Health Science Center, Southwest Symposium. She is employed in California by San Bernardino County Sheriff / Coroner and Riverside County Sheriff / Coroner as head Odontologist, and Asst. Odontologist with San Diego County. In addition to being a Diplomate in the ABFO, Dr. Klim-Lemann is a Fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS), a Member of American Society of Forensic Odontology (ASFO), a Member of California Dental Identification Team (CalDIT), a Member of California Society of Forensic Dentistry (CSFD), a Member of the American Dental Association (ADA), a Member of California Dental Association (CDA) and Tri-County Dental Society. She has volunteered for the Attorney General at the Department of Justice/Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit (MUPS) in Sacramento as an analyst and trainer. She has been published in the ASFO Journal and has guest lectured on Forensic Dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Klim-Lemann participated in the recovery and identification effort at the World Trade Center NYC, in Sept. 2001 and is a Forensic Consultant through-out California. Dr. Klim-Lemann became a Diplomate in the American Board of Forensic Odontology (ABFO) in 2010.
